Please try the following to resolve your issue:
- Be sure the Headphones are powered on by sliding the Power/Bluetooth switch forward showing the green dot located near the switch. The battery LED will light for 10 seconds after being turned on.
- The battery may not be sufficiently charged. For more information, see How Do I Charge The Headphones?
- Be sure the Headphones are being charged using a USB power source that is providing 500 milliamps (mA) or more.
- Try a different USB cable when trying to charge your Headphones.
