Please try the following to resolve your issue:
- The battery may not be sufficiently charged. For more information, see How Do I Charge The Headphones?
- Make sure the Headphones are turned off when not in use. Verify that the power switch on the Headphones is in the off position indicated by the visible red dot being shown.
- Perform a factory reset on the Headphones. For more information, see How Do I Restore The Headphones To Factory Default Settings?
Note: Listening to music at high volume levels or using the LEDs at full brightness draws battery power more quickly.
